Job Description
A leading multinational financial institution is seeking ambitious, confident, and results-driven professionals to join its team as Life Planners / Sales Executives.
The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, business development, and helping clients make informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate financial protection, insurance, and investment solutions.
- Present products and solutions clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
- Achieve agreed individual sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Participate in sales meetings, professional training, and business development activities.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in any discipline from a recognised institution.
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, financial services, business development, or a related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
