Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network & Partnerships Manager (Provider Relationship Manager) to lead the development and management of strategic relationships with specialist physicians, specialist hospitals, and healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust referral and provider network that supports consultations, admissions, and specialist care pathways. This role requires a medically qualified professional who can engage consultant-level specialists as a peer while also demonstrating strong commercial and partnership management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a network of specialist physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships that support referrals, consultations, admissions, and specialist care services.
  • Engage directly with consultant-level specialists and healthcare leaders to establish collaborative relationships.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, service-level arrangements, and commercial terms.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen provider networks and improve patient access to care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
  • Monitor provider performance and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize referral pathways and network utilization.
  • Support business growth through strategic provider engagement and partnership development.

Requirements

  • MBBS degree (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience.
  • At least 2–3 years in a non-clinical role, such as:
    • Medical Affairs
    • Business Development
    • Managed Care (HMO)
    • Health Technology
    • Hospital Administration/Management
  • Established professional network among specialist physicians and healthcare providers developed through clinical practice.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, provider networks, and referral management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnership agreements independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities.
