Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Nigeria and West Africa within the AV and Hospitality TV industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV solutions, IPTV, Hospitality TV systems, and related technologies, with a proven ability to secure high-value B2B contracts and build strategic relationships within the hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Develop tailored AV, IPTV, and in-room entertainment solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value business deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in business development or sales within the AV, Hospitality TV, ICT, or related technology industry.
Proven track record of closing high-value B2B projects and managing strategic client relationships.
Strong knowledge of IPTV, Smart TVs, Digital Signage, AV integration, and control systems.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Established network within the hospitality, real estate, or corporate sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, profitability, and solution selling.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
