Job Description

 

We are seeking a proactive and organized Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff activities, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the store remains well-organized and adequately stocked.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and coordinate staff activities
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
Coordinate the procurement of fabric prints from artisans and suppliers
Ensure proper store presentation, organization, and cleanliness
Prepare and submit daily opening and closing reports
Support sales activities and customer service when required
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company procedures

Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in retail, fashion, store operations, or a supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with good organizational abilities
Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools for reporting and communication
Ability to manage inventory and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
