Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Personnel to promote and sell the company’s products and rental services to both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products and rental services to prospective and existing clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery
Identify business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close profitable transactions
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely product delivery or service setup
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and marketing events
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Good understanding of customer service and market dynamics
