Job Description
Golden Tulip Hotel is seeking experienced, dynamic, and results-driven professionals to
join our management team. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the
following senior positions:

Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry or a related
sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and hotel management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accountant
• Manage financial records, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Duty Manager
• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
F&B Manager
• Manage restaurant and bar operations, staff performance, and service quality.
Housekeeping Manager
• Supervise housekeeping operations and maintain cleanliness standards
throughout the hotel.
Purchasing Officer
• Source quality products, manage suppliers, and control inventory costs.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Receptionist
• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and maintain accurate records.
IT Assistant
• Assist the IT Lead in maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide technical support to hotel departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance, and data management activities.
Waiters & Waitresses
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup.
Maintenance Officer
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure hotel facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Store Keeper
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage and issuance of items.
